Meet Norma Zamora, former volunteer at Hill Country Animal League Thrift Store. Norma is more than a volunteer, she is family. Several years ago she adopted Rudy from an adoption event at the thrift store. They are inseparable. They visit the thrift store regularly where all the staff fawn over Norma and Rudy.
