Sponsoring organizations shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from any condition existent at the event, or any act, omission or neglect by any other participant, volunteer, or visitor at any time, whether during, prior or after this event.

VENDOR RULES:

• Each Vendor site is 10' x 10'. An email with your site assignment will be sent prior to the event.
• Set up starts at 7am. You must be set up by event start at 9am. Tear down starts at event end at 4pm and must be cleared out by 5pm.
• Tables and tents will NOT be provided, and tent stakes are not allowed in the ground.
• Vendors will remain in their assigned spaces for the duration of the event.

RESCUE GROUP RULES:

• Each Rescue Group's site is 20' x 20'. An email with your site assignment will be sent prior to the event.
• Rescue groups must be a Hill Country Animal League Rescue Partner. If you're a Rescue Group and are interested in becoming a partner organization, please give us a call at (830) 249-2341!
