We’re so glad you’re here. Whether your pet is visiting for wellness care or surgery, we want your experience to be easy and stress-free.
Call or Text (830) 249-2341 with your full name and appointment time. Our team will come out to your vehicle as soon as we’re ready for your pet.
What to Expect from your Visit
Wellness Appointments
- A tech will greet you curbside and take your pet inside for their exam.
- The veterinarian will call or come out to talk with you during or after the visit.
- After the appointment, your pet will be brought back to your car along with any medications, vaccines, or recommendations.
- Payment can be handled by phone or curbside card reader.
Surgery Appointments
- The check in time for surgery is on your scheduled day (Monday – Thursday) between 7:30 A.M. and 8:30 A.M.
- Your pet will be admitted and monitored by our veterinary team.
- You will need to complete the appropriate authorization forms before we can begin.
- Pick up is between 3:00pm – 5:00pm.. A staff member will go over aftercare instructions and medications at that time.

For post-operative questions or complications during business hours, call 830-249-2341. For surgery-related emergencies after hours, please call your primary care veterinarian or an emergency veterinary hospital such as the Hill Country Animal Emergency Hospital.
