At Hill Country Animal League (HCAL), our mission is to provide affordable, compassionate spay and neuter services that reduce pet overpopulation and improve the lives of animals in our community. While financial donations are always appreciated, there are many meaningful ways to support our work—without reaching for your wallet.

Here’s how you can support HCAL’s mission beyond traditional giving:
1. Shop, Donate, or Volunteer at Hill Country Animal League’s Thrift Store
Did you know HCAL operates a thrift store—and 100% of the proceeds directly support our spay and neuter clinic?
Ways to help:

- Shop: Find affordable treasures while knowing your purchase is funding lifesaving services.
- Donate: We accept gently used clothing, household goods, books, and more.
- Volunteer: Lend a hand sorting items, stocking shelves, or assisting customers.
Every bag donated, item sold, or hour volunteered helps fund veterinary care for pets in need.
2. Volunteer Your Time at the Clinic or in the Community
Volunteers are essential to both our clinic, our mission and outreach efforts.
You can:
